We’re looking forward to the upcoming ASAP Awards, taking place in Wilton’s Music Hall, London on June 6th.

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers represents and unites the serviced accommodation sector to provide a safe, inclusive, and modern industry that prioritizes customer service and quality assurance.

In addition to mingling with fellow serviced apartment providers at the upcoming ASAP Awards, we are over the moon to be shortlisted in five award categories.

Hospitality, by definition, is the friendly reception and treatment of guests. We extend this hospitality to our working environment to ensure our teams can thrive and in turn, we reap the reward of putting people first.

In 2023, our annual team survey had an average response rate of 82%, showing our team is proud to work for us, has good teamwork, and feel our ethos, ‘do the right thing’ is an appropriate company reflection.

Tom Vermerris

Area General Manager for PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam & PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam

Joining PREMIER SUITES in 2019 as PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam General Manager, Tom went on to become General Manager in PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam in 2020.

Tom’s ability to adapt, without losing sight of quality and guest comfort led to his appointment as Area General Manager, only 2 months after opening PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam in June 2020. Tom has been managing both properties since.

Tom’s leadership and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in shaping our properties.

We nominated Tom based on:

PREMIER SUITES Dublin Management Team

An experienced team leading our three Dublin properties, with 73 years working at PREMER SUITES and 117 years of experience in the hospitality industry under their combined belts!

A mélange of personalities balances each other – from introverts, extroverts, laid back and easy-going, organized and conscientious, energetic, perfectionists, competitive, serious thinkers, and plenty more!

Our Dublin management team consists of:
