Set on picturesque grounds that were formerly home to the Herbert Family the Earls of Pembroke this hotel is one of a kind and only a twenty minute walk from Killarney town.
Cahernane House Hotel is a unique experience of old Irish history and modern hotel luxuries. Dine on local produce in the award winning 2AA Rosette Herbert restaurant or relax and enjoy bistro style dining in the old wine cellar now the Cellar Bar, one of Killarney’s most hidden gems.

The Garden Wing
Incorporating 28 beautiful rooms, decorated and styled in keeping with country manor traditions.
Tranquil, serene and eminently comfortable, rooms offer picturesque views over the local landscape.
Choose from our Muckross Suite, our most spacious, opulent suite, Junior Suites, Family Suites, Superior Rooms or Deluxe Rooms.
The Coach House
A stand-alone building which is adjacent to our Manor House, is home to 8 luxurious bedrooms with bespoke feature wallpapers, luxurious fabrics and original Irish antique furniture, inspired by nature and paying homage to the native flora and fauna.
Some of the bathrooms will have free-standing claw foot baths while others feature walk in rain showers and handmade tiles.
All Garden Wing and Coach House rooms feature
Nespresso Coffee Machines, Still & Sparkling bottled water, Elemis Bathroom products, Complimentary Wi-Fi and Hair Dryer.
The Manor House
The original manor house, hosts 12 rooms, each packed with individual charm and character showcasing period features such as sash windows, high ceilings and elegant mouldings. The rich colour palettes and sumptuous furnishings are evocative of a bygone era.

The heart of our Cahernane House Hotel boasts high ceilings, bay windows and stunning views of the gardens and National Park.

Cellar Bar
Located in the basement of the hotel, Cellar Bar occupies the original wine cellar of the house. Offering an extensive selection of beers, spirits, wines and cocktails for you to enjoy with food, as pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap.
